Hello, everyone!

A room will become available on July 5 in my spacious new-construction apartment on Hiridostraat in Amsterdam. The apartment is 80 square meters, with a balcony, and the rent is 1355 excl. The room is approximately 11 square meters. My current roommate is moving out due to a job change. You’ll be living with me (M, 25), and I’m preferably looking for someone who works or is in the final phase of their studies.

Since it’s a new building and was completed not too long ago, the interior isn’t quite finished yet, as you can see in the photos. The new roommate is, of course, welcome to contribute ideas. All the amenities are brand new, though.
