Spacious 2-Bedroom Furnished apartment in Amsterdam Nieuw-West (Sept – March) €2.200 p/m all-in

Hi everyone! I am temporarily leaving Amsterdam from September to March to do volunteer work abroad. Therefore, I am looking for a reliable, respectful person (or couple) to take care of my fully furnished home during this period.

**The Apartment:**
* **Size:** 100m² of comfortable, fully furnished living space.
* **Layout:** Large, bright living room with open kitchen, one spacious master bedroom, a second room (currently set up as a study/workspace, but can be used as a guest bedroom), large bathroom, balcony, plenty of storage, and a private parking space.
* **Location:** Amsterdam, Antwerpenbaan, (near Sloterplas and Het Nieuwe Meer – lots of green and parks nearby!).
* **Accessibility:** 15-minute bike ride to Amsterdam Zuid. Metro, tram, and train stations within walking distance. Only 5 minutes by car to the A10 highway.

**Rental Details:**
* **Period:** September 1st, 2026 until March 31st, 2027 (fixed period, non-negotiable).
* **Rent:** € 2,200 per month all-inclusive (gas, water, electricity, high-speed internet, and local taxes).
* **Deposit:** 1 month rent (€ 2,200).
* **Registration:** Available for max. 1 person.

**Who am I looking for?** Since this is my personal home, I am looking for someone who will treat it with love and respect.

1. You are looking to rent for the *entire* period.
2. You are (both) currently in the Netherlands and available for an in-person viewing (no video-only viewings).
