Looking for a working roommate (25–35)!
Hi! Starting September 1, I’m looking for a friendly roommate for an awesome apartment in the Amstelkwartier for an indefinite period (registration possible). 😊

🏡 The apartment is spacious (100 m²), modern, and a wonderful place to come home to. It has a large living room with a view of the Amstel River, a modern kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a sunny balcony. The room that’s becoming available is about 13 m² and opens directly onto the balcony.

📍 Located within the ring road, within walking distance of Amstel Station, with the metro right outside the door, and just a 10-minute bike ride to De Pijp. There’s a locked bike garage, and a parking spot for visitors is available upon request.

👋 About me: I’m 32, enjoy working out, and love going out to eat or sitting on a patio. I work in the office two days a week and from home the rest of the time. I enjoy having dinner together now and then, watching a show, or working out together, but I’m also often not home.

💸 The rent is €1,575 per month, including utilities and service fees. It’s not cheap, but in return, you get a spacious, luxurious apartment in a great location.
