The apartment is located on the Amstel River in Grachtengordel-Zuid, a pleasant and central location in Amsterdam. It is a quiet residential area, yet close to the liveliness of the city. Within walking distance you will find stores, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Famous locations such as Rembrandtplein and Carré are also nearby.

APARTMENT LAYOUT:

The apartment is spread over two floors. On the second floor you enter the hall, which gives access to a separate toilet, a small storage room and the spacious living room with open kitchen. The living room is bright and has access to a balcony.

On the third floor there are three bedrooms of different sizes. In addition, there is a spacious bathroom and a second, smaller bathroom. On the landing there is room for a washer and dryer.
