The first floor (about 56m2) is finished with a beautiful PVC floor. The walls and high ceiling are plastered tightly, the black contrasting recessed spotlights and lamps on the wall are dimmable and create a modern and pleasant atmosphere. The house features a spacious modern kitchen with induction cooktop, stainless steel hood, stainless steel sink, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower with thermostat, rain shower, hand shower, sink and mechanical ventilation. There is also a separate toilet and a technical room where the electric boiler and mechanical ventilation unit are located. The mezzanine (no official living meters) is about 1.65 m high and there is additional storage space behind a sliding wall. In addition, the house has its own meter box in the common hall.
