- Self-employed persons must have been registered with the Chamber of Commerce (CoC) for at least 2 years.
- In addition, a recent profit and loss statement from at least two full financial years must be submitted.
- For pensioners, the gross monthly income must be at least equal to 3 times the monthly rent.
- There must be no outstanding arrears with a previous landlord or mortgage lender, otherwise the allocation may be cancelled.
- Expats must hold a residence permit.
