I`m a first-year Ukrainian student - HAN University(Life Sciences). I`m searching for a room. It is also possible that the contract can be one year, but it would be nice if the contract can be extended. Also, to ensure that the apartment is real, I need to come over to the apartment and see it in real life. After that, I can sign the contract. I need to move to a new place on 1st July(preferably) 2024 - also I can move on 3 or 5th of July.
