My boyfriend and I are subletting our apartment from 3rd of December until either of end of Jan or even Feb this might be flexible!! Price is 2200 p/m but depends on duration (besides the rent it will include electricity, water, gas, wifi and TV) It is an 65m2 ground floor, 1 bedroom apartment with a very spacious kitchen and living room and a huge garden. It has a bathroom with a bath and separate toilet. We also have a desk with computer screen for remote working. The apartment is completely furnished.
It is situated in a quiet, clean neighborhood right beside the Vondelpark. There is a parking lot not far from the house that is free in the weekends and during the week after 7pm. Supermarket and tram stops is 5 mins walk and the bus stop is beside the house. Station Lelylaan is 7 mins by bike.
