We rent a 1-person studio, furnished, with private entrance in Uitgeest. Surface area 27 m2. Concerns a living room / kitchen and separate bathroom with washer and dryer. Kitchen (with electric cooking and dishwasher) and bathroom luxuriously equipped. 2-pers fixed bed (140 x 220) on the mezzanine. This is accessible via movable stairs.
Studio is within walking distance of the station. Eg Zaandam, Alkmaar, Haarlem within 20 min. Amsterdam within half an hour. Beach and forest nearby. Free parking in front of the door.
Costs are €1100 per month, all inclusive (electricity, internet). No costs for garbage/ sewerage etc.
We are looking/ the studio is suitable for one working person. Quiet living environment. No parties, no pets, no smoking. Fixed income required."
