Our brand new student complex in Rijswijk, near Delft, offers just what you need! The location is just a short bike or bus ride of about 40 minutes to TU Delft, ideal for students looking for a quiet but easily accessible living environment.

These studios are only suitable for undergraduate and PhD students. Unfortunately, you are not eligible for rent allowance for these studios. We offer 2 types of contracts: a campus contract that is valid for a minimum of 12 months and continues as long as you are a student, or a short-stay contract with a maximum duration of 6 months and a minimum duration of 1 month.

We have 136 rooms divided into several flats. Each room shares a bathroom, which is cleaned weekly, a kitchen with microwave and a common laundry room with 14-16 fellow residents. Perfect for shared meals and building new friendships!

Good to know is that each room is furnished with a single bed, desk + chair, dining table + 2 chairs, closet, fridge with freezer and Wi-Fi access throughout the complex. Please note that bedding, dishes and kitchen utensils are not included.

There are several common areas where you can study, relax or socialize and a large common outdoor area, decorated as a garden, where you can enjoy the outdoors, study outside or participate in cozy barbecues and events.

The fixed rent includes: water, electricity, heating and of course internet. Within office hours, an administrator is present several days a week. For emergencies, we are available 24/7.
