Hay hay!!
Nice to see you're interested in the room!

The room is spacious and located on the north side of the house—so you get to enjoy the beautiful morning sun without the summer heat! It stays nice and cool during the warmer months, which is a big plus.

Location-wise, it's super convenient:
🚋 Just 1 minute walk to the tram/bus stop
🚶‍♀️ 10 minutes walk to Lombardijen station
🛍️ 5 minutes walk to Spinozaweg shopping area

The house is a newly built home, so everything is fresh and modern. The neighborhood is very quiet, clean, and surrounded by greenery. Public transport gets you to the center of Rotterdam in no time, and the Erasmus University is also reachable within 15 minutes by tram or bus. If you’re sporty—you can totally bike it too! 😄

We’ll be sharing the living room, kitchen, and bathroom together, but you’ll have your own private toilet. And good news: we’re still working on a few things, but the garden is almost finished. Just need to plant a few greens, and then it’s BBQ season! 🔥🌱
