Room Groningen - Bedumerweg

Dear room seeking girls (21+), (sorry, no internationals)

Unfortunately our dear roommate is leaving us. As of January 1, a room becomes available in our house at the Bedumerweg in Groningen. We have a weekly house night where we entertain with a fun program or do something together, and we regularly drop in on each other. We live with 4 girls (including you) in different phases of studying/working.

The house is a 6-minute bike ride from Grote Markt and 10 minutes from Zernike, and the Noorderplantsoen is around the corner. We also have a large roof terrace where we can chill out in the summer.

The vacant room is 12m² and has a door to our roof terrace. We share the kitchen and bathroom with the four of us. The rent is €450, including gas/water/light, and the internet costs €12.42. The fridge, loft bed and closet should be taken over for €90.
