Soon 28 affordable rental homes will become available in Marslanden, Hardenberg. The homes are part of Ydenhoogte, a green and child-friendly neighborhood with a spacious layout. The houses are spread over five residential blocks and vary between semi-detached and detached houses. Located around a green central point and surrounded by water, this area offers plenty of space and green spaces. The rental houses have five rooms and a generous living area of about 113 m², with a sunny garden facing east, west or south. These sustainable homes are energy efficient and include a heat pump, solar panels and underfloor heating. Expected completion is in the fourth quarter of 2025.
