At The Frame Building, you will rent a high-quality, move-in ready apartment. Each apartment has a Bruynzeel kitchen with various built-in appliances. In addition, the walls are beautifully finished and all apartments have PVC or wooden floors. The modern entrance area of the building offers a parcel service where you can safely have your postal packages delivered or returned. You will receive instant notification as soon as a package is delivered. There is also ample covered bicycle storage and a laundromat with professional washing and drying machines. On the roof of the complex there is a communal roof terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Amsterdam.

The Frame Building contains a total of 69 social rental apartments, 37 rental apartments in the middle segment and 107 rental apartments in the free sector. The apartments range in size from 26 m² to 102 m². The project will be delivered on a turnkey basis, with high-quality finishes both inside and out. The windows have HR++ insulating glass with solar control, the interior walls are finished with fiberglass wallpaper in white and all apartments have a quality Bruynzeel kitchen in crystal gray with a black worktop. The kitchen is equipped with a 64 cm induction hob, oven with microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator and dishwasher. Each apartment also has a connection for a washer and dryer. The apartments are connected to the district heating system and the building is completely gas-free! Sustainability is key, including a rainwater infiltration system, green roof and solar panels.

The Frame Building is very easily accessible. It is just a 5-minute walk from the train and subway station Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA, which allows you to reach important locations such as Amsterdam Zuidas, Amsterdam Central Station and Schiphol Airport in 15 minutes. In addition, there are several bicycle routes that connect to the building. There is a bicycle shed on the first floor with as many as 430 spaces. By car, the A2, A9 and A10 freeways can be reached within minutes. Parking is available in nearby municipal or commercial garages (Q-Park), but these spots are limited in availability and you are responsible for arranging them yourself.

Construction of The Frame began in the summer of 2021 and the building is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2023.

To qualify for a rental apartment in The Frame Building, you must have a steady, verifiable gross monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. Vacation pay, any 13th month and fixed bonuses can be included in this. A partner's second income can also be counted at 100%. Rent is allowed only for singles, cohabitants and families. Dividers are not allowed, nor are guarantees from parents or third parties.
