Conditions:
The minimum lease term is 12 months. After 12 months the rent is terminable per whole calendar month. Service charges are €50 per month. To qualify for an apartment in The Frame Building you need a fixed gross monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. Vacation pay, possible 13th month and fixed bonuses can be included in this. A second partner's income can be counted for 100%. Rent is only granted to singles, cohabitants and families. This means that house sharers are not allowed. Guarantees from parents or third parties are also not allowed.
