Clubhouse Boompjes is a new, iconic residential building in Rotterdam with 342 stunning luxury apartments. Designed by Team V Architecture, the two residential towers on the River Maas offer breathtaking views of the Erasmus Bridge, Willemsbrug and the Old Harbour. Starting in early 2025, these apartments will be available for rent from 1970 euros per month. An example home is the Type E apartment at Hertekade 300, with two bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious living room with modern kitchen and luxury amenities such as PVC flooring and MyPup package service. Residents can enjoy common areas, a rooftop terrace and shared mobility exclusively for residents. Please note that during construction the homes are not available for viewing and there are no parking spaces available, but residents can use shared cars.
