Redevelopment of City Nieuwegein
The Well is part of the many new housing projects in the center of Nieuwegein, also known as City Nieuwegein. This area is adjacent to Ivy Apartments and The New Citizen. A modern public transportation hub is being built, including a streetcar and bus station, allowing direct transportation to Utrecht without transfers. Expected completion of this area is in 2025.
