Meet The Well in Nieuwegein. This new development includes two modern buildings with a total of 240 rental apartments. The apartments range in size from 40 to 90 m² and offer one or two bedroom options.

The Well will be one of the first residential towers in downtown Nieuwegein and is located in a lively area around the redeveloped city center. The building will blend into its surroundings by being climate-adaptive and nature-inclusive, with green roofs and facades adding 75% greenery to the area. A highlight of this building is the roof garden, where you can relax with a book, meet friends or just enjoy the view.

The Well has a prime location in the city center of Nieuwegein, next to indoor shopping center Cityplaza and surrounded by several stores, supermarkets and eateries. Public transportation options can also be found nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance, including Park Oudegein across the Zuidstedeweg.

This area is part of Nieuwegein's downtown redevelopment called City Nieuwegein, which includes ivy Apartments and The New Citizen. A modern public transportation hub with a streetcar and bus station will soon be built next to The Well. Expected completion of this area is in 2025.
