Welcome to The Well in Nieuwegein! This new project consists of two modern buildings with a total of 240 rental apartments. The apartments range in size from 40 to 90 m² and have one or two bedrooms.

The Well will be one of the first residential towers in the center of Nieuwegein and is located in a lively area around the redeveloped city center. The building will blend into its surroundings by being climate-adaptive and nature-inclusive, with green roofs and facades adding 75% greenery to the area. One of the building's highlights is the roof garden where you can relax with a book, host friends or just enjoy the view.

The location of The Well is ideal in downtown Nieuwegein, next to the Cityplaza indoor shopping center, surrounded by a mix of stores, supermarkets and eateries. Public transportation is also nearby and park Oudegein is within walking distance.

The Well is part of the redevelopment of the city of Nieuwegein, called City Nieuwegein. Next to The Well you will also find ivy Apartments and The New Citizen. A modern public transportation hub is being built nearby with a streetcar and bus station, allowing you to travel directly to downtown Utrecht and Utrecht Science Park without changing trains. The area is expected to be completed in 2025.
