Kamer.nl is the only room search website that guarantees rooms for MBO, HBO and WO (University) students. We guarantee that you will find a new room within 6 months. If you don't, we'll refund your subscription fee.
How it works?
To apply for full refund of your subscription fee the following simple terms apply:
- You've been a paying member of Kamer.nl for 6 consecutive months.
- You've responded to at least 10 rooms per month.
- You've placed a reasonable request on Kamer.nl.
- You're a current or future student at an MBO, HBO or University.
- You are searching for a room in either one of the following cities: .
- The room guarantee applies to anybody who has subscribed to a Kamer.nl after the 18th of June 2009 inclusive.
I'm eligible for a refund, what do I do?
Send an email to info@kamer.nl and state your Kamer.nl login name. If you satisfy the requirements, your subscription fee will be refunded to you within two weeks.
