By using the www.kamer.nl website, the user declares that he/she has read these general terms and conditions and that he/she agrees with them.
The following persons are included in these conditions:
"Kamer.nl" these are the administrators of the www.kamer.nl website
"User" this is any person who uses services provided by Kamer.nl,
"Prospective tenant" this is a person who uses the website to look for a room,
"Landlord/lady" this is a person advertising a room in order to find a tenant.
The following terms and conditions apply to Kamer.nl, as well as Dutch Law. These terms and conditions may be modified by Kamer.nl without individually notifying users.
Article 1: Right of ownership

1.1 The intellectual property of Kamer.nl, which includes: the scripting, database, texts, images, interface design, design, product name and other parts realized by Kamer.nl are without exception owned by Kamer.nl.

1.2 The intellectual property of the data and images published on Kamer.nl by the user belongs to the user.

1.3 Kamer.nl has the right to edit or remove any information published by users or to block access to a user, at any time, without notification or explanation.

1.4 It is not allowed to use the contents of the site for any purposes other than
Article 2: Liability

2.1 Kamer.nl is op geen enkele wijze aansprakelijk voor directe of indirecte schade, geleden door gebruiker of door derden. Hieronder vallen onder andere: het verlies van gegevens, overlast door foutieve vermeldingen, overlast door misbruik van de site, e.d. Onder misbruik wordt onder andere verstaan: onjuiste informatie (persoonlijke informatie, kamervermeldingen, e.d.), verboden informatie (links naar websites, advertenties die geen directe betrekking hebben op de kamer, discriminerende, seksuele of beledigende vermeldingen of andere zaken die niet tot de redelijkheid en billijkheid behoren, omschreven in de Nederlandse wet of jurisprudentie). Het wordt erg op prijs gesteld als misbruik of overlast wordt gemeld aan Kamer.nl, zodat eventuele acties hiertegen kunnen volgen.

2.2 The user is responsible for any information published by him/her.

2.3 Since Kamer.nl is only an information and meeting platform, it cannot be included in any agreement between prospective tenants and landlords/ladies. Kamer.nl is not liable for prospective tenants and landlords/ladies meeting their obligations.

2.4 By using the website, the user waives the right to file any claims against Kamer.nl.

2.5 Kamer.nl reserves the right to claim damages from any persons, companies or organisations that abuse its services.
Article 3: Privacy

3.1 Data provided to Kamer.nl is only used by Kamer.nl and its specially selected partners. By providing information to Kamer.nl, the user agrees that he/she can receive e-mail messages from Kamer.nl and its partners.

3.2 If Kamer.nl's privacy is violated by abuse, Kamer.nl cannot be held liable; full liability is for the abuser.

3.3 If third party actions cause information from the website to be made publicly available, Kamer.nl cannot be held liable, but Kamer.nl does strive to limit this risk.
